50ml Renais
20ml Lemon
15ml Sugar 1:1
5ml Frangelico
1 Egg White
60ml Red Wine Float
Add all your ingredients to a shaker except the red wine, shake as hard as you can without ice to emulsify the ingredients, then add ice and shake again.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice, it should be foamy and delicious. Pouring off the back of a spoon, carefully layer on 60ml of good red wine.
A lighter alternative classic cocktail made with Renais and Double Dutch skinny tonic water.
