Prepare your garnish, peel a whole orange and roll into a rose shape and place in a tea cup. Gather the ingredients.
In a large saucepan on low heat, add the gin, Madeira wine, lemon twists, pineapple and orange slices. Stir in the honey and lemon juice, then the cloves, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Continue sitrring until the sugar and ground spices are dissolved. Simmer of low heat for 10 minutes.
Strain using a fine-mesh strainer to remove all of the whole fruits and spices. Pour the punch into a heat-proof punch bowl, thermos or teapot. Serve and enjoy.
