1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is [Renais Spirits Ltd], of [3 Vista Place, Ingworth Road, BH12 1JY] (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this competition, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

3. Competition Period

3.1 The competition opens at [00:00] on [1st June 2026] and closes at [23:59] on [31st December 2026] (“Closing Date”).
3.2 Entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, participants must:
a) purchase a [Renais Gin] during the Competition Period; and
b) upload a valid itemised receipt via [www.renais.co.uk].

4.2 The receipt must clearly show:

• retailer name
• date of purchase (within the Competition Period)
• qualifying product(s) purchased

4.3 Each valid receipt equals one (1) entry, unless otherwise stated.
4.4 Illegible, incomplete, altered, or fraudulent receipts will be rejected.
4.5 The Promoter reserves the right to request original proof of purchase.
4.6 Entries generated by automated means or third parties will not be accepted.

5. Winner Selection

5.1 One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the Closing Date.
5.2 The draw will take place on or after [January 10th 2027].
5.3 The Promoter’s decision is final.

6. Winner Notification

6.1 The winner will be contacted via [email/phone/social DM] within [7 days] of the draw.
6.2 If the winner does not respond within [5 days], the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6.3 The Promoter is not responsible for failed delivery of communications.

7. Prize

7.1 The winner will receive a trip to Paris for two (2) people.
7.2 The total maximum prize value is up to £2,500 (including VAT).
7.3 The prize includes:

• return travel from a UK departure point selected by the Promoter;
• [1–2 nights’] accommodation in Paris.

7.4 The prize excludes (unless stated otherwise):

• travel insurance;
• meals, drinks, and personal expenses;
• passports, visas, or travel documentation;
• transfers or activities not specified.

7.5 If the cost of the trip exceeds £2,500, the winner must select an alternative within budget or forfeit the prize.
7.6 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
7.7 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. Travel Conditions

8.1 Travel must be booked via the Promoter or its nominated partner and completed by [August 31st 2027].
8.2 Travel is subject to availability and may be restricted during peak periods (e.g. school holidays, bank holidays, major events).
8.3 The winner and guest must travel together.
8.4 The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and meet all travel requirements.
8.5 The Promoter is not responsible if the winner cannot travel due to failure to meet such requirements.

9. Publicity

9.1 The Promoter may publish or make available the winner’s surname and county in accordance with regulatory requirements.
9.2 The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity.

10. Data Protection

10.1 Personal data will be processed for the purposes of administering the competition and fulfilling the prize.

11. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• breaches these Terms & Conditions;
• submits false or fraudulent entries;
• tampers with the promotion.

12. Liability

12.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.2 Subject to this, the Promoter is not responsible for:

• lost, delayed, or invalid entries;
• technical failures;
• events outside its reasonable control.

13. General

13.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
13.2 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
