Introducing Domaine Watson's award-winning Chablis, a crisp white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown on the south-facing slopes of our right bank vineyards. It’s fermented and finished in stainless steel tanks to preserve its natural freshness and its power which allies and balances with delicate aromas. A small proportion of the wine is finished in aged casks to give extra complexity and interest. A perfect balance each year of citrus and mineral notes with a crisp acidity and a long, clean and subtle finish.
