/ 30ml Renais

/ 100ml Chilled Tonic

/ 30ml Fresh Espresso (1 shot)

Complex, crisp and deep roasted coffee.

Step 1:

Build a Gin and Tonic in a highball, by pouring the the gin over ice and topping up with tonic.

 

Step 2:

Slowly add a shot of fresh espresso to the glass. Admire your layering but give it a gentle mix before enjoying.
