  • / 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • / 15ml Simple Syrup
  • / Champagne to top

    Add all your ingredients to a shaker except the champagne and shake as hard as you humanly can for 10 seconds.

    Strain through a fine strainer and top with Champagne.
