/ 30ml Renais

/ 50ml Chablis

/ 10ml Créme de Pêche

/ 25ml Sugar

/ 10ml Lemon

/ 1 Apricot

/ 1/2 Peach

/ 1 Peach Slice

Tasting Notes

Frosé was so last summer, Frozais is in. With a blender at home you can recreate this beautiful frosty mix, laden with fresh seasonal fruit replicating the tasting notes of a great Chablis.

Frozais

Step 1

Remove the stones from your apricot and peach, ensuring they are ripe and sweet.

 

Step 2

Add to a blender with all your ingredients and add 1 whole cup of ice, not more, not less. If you can pre-chill your ingredients ahead of time, even better. Blend for 1 minute until smooth and pour into a frozen cup.
