Ingredients

Making for1
  • 60ml Renais Vodka
  • 5ml Dolin Blanc vermouth
  • 1 lemon coin, to garnish

Method

  1. Chill

    Chill a Martini glass in the freezer.

  2. Stir

    Stir the vodka and Dolin Blanc over plenty of cold, hard ice until bracingly cold.

  3. Strain

    Strain into the chilled glass.

  4. Step 4

    Express a lemon coin over the drink and drop it in.
