- / 25ml Renais Gin
- / 20ml Creme de Cacao
- / 20ml Creme de Menthe
- / 1 Bar Spoon Pistachio Creme
- / Double Cream
Process

Step 1
In a shaker, put in your pistachio cream and renais and stir to disolve. Then add in the remaining ingredients and top with ice.

Step 2
Shake as hard as possible. Double strain into a coupette glass and serve.
